1. Definitions

Advertiser: Refers to individuals or entities using SkylenAds to promote their products or services.

Publisher: Refers to individuals or entities using SkylenAds to display advertisements on their platforms.

SkylenAds: Refers to the platform provided by SkylenAds for Advertisers and Publishers to connect and engage in advertising activities.

2. Registration and Account Security

To use SkylenAds, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

3. Advertisements

Content Compliance: Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements comply with applicable laws and regulations. SkylenAds reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates our policies.

Approval Process: Advertisements may be subject to approval by SkylenAds before being displayed on Publisher platforms.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment Terms: Advertisers will be billed based on the agreed-upon pricing model. Publishers will receive payments based on the agreed-upon revenue-sharing model.

Refunds: Refunds are available in accordance with the refund policy outlined in Section 5.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Advertisers: Refunds will be granted for any unused advertising funds within 30 days of the request. Refunds will not be provided for already delivered or displayed advertisements.

Refunds for Publishers: Refunds will be provided if SkylenAds fails to deliver advertisements as agreed. Refunds will not be granted for invalid clicks or impressions.

Cancellation: Advertisers and Publishers may cancel their accounts at any time. Any outstanding amounts or obligations must be settled before cancellation.

6. Termination

SkylenAds reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or malicious activities.

7. Changes to Terms

SkylenAds may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkylenAds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
